After a successful pilot engagement, Coca-Cola Canada launches SoapBox nationally to more the 6300 employees in over 50 locations across the country.
Coca-Cola is the largest beverage company in the world, operating in more than 200 countries around the world.
We asked Tova White, VP of Human Resources to share with us why they decided to choose SoapBox as their innovation management platform.
What problem you are trying to solve?
“When our associates told us that they wanted a better way to bring forward their ideas and provide input into the changes that impact their jobs we talked to other companies to find out what they were doing. That search led us to Soapbox.”

Soapbox is just as easily accessed by our drivers and merchandisers from their smartphones as by our office-based employees. After our three month pilot we have implemented many great ideas both quick wins that drive employee and customer engagement as well some larger cost-saving initiatives.”
