We are excited to welcome Jessica Weisz to HitSend as our Chief Client Officer! Jessica is passionate about how new ideas drive positive change and the power of a community. Her background consists of developing growth strategies, designing user experiences and driving transformative change in some of the world’s leading organizations.
In her role at HitSend, Jessica’s singular focus is to ensure our clients obtain the full value of what SoapBox has to offer. This includes providing tailored strategic advice, sharing best practices, and driving product development. Jessica leads our Client Success function. As such, she is here for any questions or issues our clients face (so don’t hesitate to reach out!). Ultimately, Jessica is successful when our clients are successful – this means they have effectively identified new ideas, implemented them and celebrated the impact they have had.
Jessica’s past experience includes management consulting, customer experience and change management. At McKinsey & Company, she served clients across North America in a variety of sectors. Her projects ranged from developing a five-year international growth strategy for a consumer packaged goods company to revitalizing the program management of an $800million smart meter deployment. At BMO Financial Group, Jessica held roles in the corporate strategy group and retail banking business. Her impact included establishing the enterprise-wide social media strategy and leading a cross-functional team to create the plan of how to transform the customer experience in BMO’s online and mobile channels. In her most recent role, Jessica was part of a senior team, which drove an effort to substantially reducing BMO’s cost base and accelerating revenue growth to create sustainable change in operating effectiveness.
Jessica has also held the position of Board Director at Girl Guides of Canada, has a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and an MBA from Ivey Business School. Through her diverse experience, Jessica understands the importance of continually identifying new ideas to improve performance, the challenges that arise in execution, the advantage of engaging employees and the value of a smooth innovation process.
